Imagine you could eat a variety of foods while keeping your blood sugar in range

Think of how much more time you'd have to spend on what's important to you instead of chasing your blood sugars up and down...

Perhaps you'd finally eat pizza without that delayed blood sugar spike, order takeout without fear, or even bring oatmeal back into your morning routine..

There's only one problem.

Don't you need to hire a health coach to do that? Well, sure, if you have money to burn..

That kinda cuts into your pizza and takeout money. Not to mention, you have no idea if this person on the internet has any idea what they're talking about.

Fortunately, there's a solution.

With the Bolus Busters online course, you'll have access to all the evidence-based and effective strategies you need to learn how to bolus for a wide range of meals.

With this comprehensive course you'll get

  • A deep-dive into macros and how they affect your blood sugars, so you can prevent variable blood sugars after meals

  • Step by step instructions on how to use specialty boluses like extended, combination, and my specialty "mega bolus", which will make drinking a Starbucks frappuchino a breeze.

  • Powerful bolus strategies for pizza, cereal, takeout, burritos, and all your favorites.

A Message from Rachel

I'm extremely passionate about diabetes management and strategy. I've spent 24 years living with diabetes and working as a registered nurse and certified diabetes care and education specialist. There's a huge gap in the information about bolus strategies for the diabetes community, and it has resulted in food fear for people with diabetes. I wanted to create this course so that people with diabetes would have access to the current strategies available to them so they can enjoy a variety of different foods and occasionally indulge in foods and drink that bring them joy. I've taken everything I've learned from working with clients, living with diabetes myself, and current evidence-based practice and put it into this course.

In the past, I've avoided all my favorite foods, because I felt so traumatized by the experiences I had. A giant dip and then a spike with pizza or the nagging rise after an occasional Starbucks latte I wanted to treat myself to. My endo couldn't give me any insight into how to bolus for these foods and said to "just avoid them."

Fortunately, I discovered the Bolus Busters course and (not to be dramatic, but) my life changed forever! I had no idea how fat worked in my body or that I could split a bolus. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a better relationship with their food and diabetes.
